Falcon Consulting is a boutique firm that helps commercial leaders turn strategy into tactical initiatives that deliver measurable growth. Founded by former Unilever employees Pauwel Nuytemans and Jonas Geleyn, we specialise in Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Performance, and Transformation.
We are not a typical management consulting firm. Where other design strategies, we make strategic plans operational. Whether it's setting the right price, structuring customer negotiations or improving ways of working, we make sure ideas are executed and turned into value. This hands-on, detail-driven approach creates real impact and builds lasting capability in the teams we work with.

What you'll do
This is not a "shadowing" internship.
You will work alongside the team on real projects for FMCG clients, supporting pricing, commercial performance and transformation topics.
From the start, you contribute. You will:
- Support the team by conducting research and analysis
- Translate data into clear, structured insights
- Help quantify the impact of commercial choices on the P&L
- Support preparation of client materials and internal tools
- Work closely with the team in day-to-day project delivery
You won't just observe. You'll be expected to deliver.
What you'll learn
If you're looking for a safe internship, this is not it.
If you're looking to learn fast, it is.
- How companies actually make money, beyond theory
- How pricing and promotions work in practice
- How to structure messy data into something useful
- How to think in trade offs and scenarios, not just analysis
- How to operate in a professional, high expectation environment
By the end of the internship, you will have built real skills, not just filled a CV line.
What we're looking for
We care more about mindset than experience.
- You are a master's student or in your final year
- You are comfortable with numbers and Excel
- You are structured and detail oriented
- You like solving problems, even when it's messy
- You take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- You are reliable — if you say you'll do something, you do it properly
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
No need to already know everything. But you need to be willing to learn fast.
