The role
You work with our clients' commercial teams in Consumer Goods & Retail, on two of our offerings:
- Pricing & Revenue Growth Management. Price, promotions, portfolio and mix, trade terms and European risk exposure.
- AI Tooling & Agents. You use our tools and AI agents, built on Falcon's Engine, to analyse, plan and act, and you help clients get value from them.
What you bring
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience at an FMCG multinational, in sales, category management, RGM or commercial finance. Or at a top strategy consulting firm: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Simon-Kucher, Kearney, ...
- An analytical mindset. You're data savvy and comfortable building a P&L case.
- Curiosity, about AI and about everything else. You want to keep learning and help develop our tools.
- Relentless attention to detail.
- An owner's mindset. You set high standards and you have the drive to meet them.
- English, plus Dutch or French. Both is a plus.
